The second issue of 2023 takes you places. Then we talk with music producer Jack Douglas – he’s the man that delivered “Walk this Way” to ears around the world, among other cultural treasures – about his discovery and embrace of cigars. This is the start of another year of some great reading with Cigar Snob, and we’re glad to have you with us.

We’re ready for the holidays and, thanks to the gift guide in this November/December issue, so are you. We then head to Branson, Missouri for…you thought we were going to say country music, but we’re there for the golf, which the region has in amazing abundance. Also, we talk with former NFL hero Charles Woodson about the game and his love of fine wine, and we profile French accessory maker S.T. Dupont, which celebrates 150 years of producing luxe goods this year. And don’t forget the usual cover loveliness.

Here it is, more cultural goodness in time for the start of autumn.  Our September/October issue features travel, from the Research Triangle of North Carolina to the prospering tobacco regions of Honduras. Welcome to the summer issue. May/June is timed to when the days get long and warm and all things outdoors make sense. So we hit up the first Drew Estate Barn Smoker of the year at a tobacco farm outside of Orlando, Florida. From there we take you to New Orleans for a taste of cigars, golf and food in and around this fabled city’s French Quarter. You’ll also get a very readable lesson in Irish whiskey, complete with some help in pairing with the best cigar, and some tips for reasonably priced smokes in these inflationary times. Our photo shoot has a Black Swan theme, and finally, we have events and more events. Time to sit back and unwind, summertime.

Our March/April issue is all about tropical island warmth. We head to the Caribbean for a double-barreled photo shoot, one set on white-sanded beaches and another in the cozy coves and lagoons of the islands. The visuals are accompanied by a travel narrative that sets the pace for any visit to Curacao, a spot that packs plenty to do on its 170 square miles. We also visit with Richard Seale, whose Foursquare rum distillery on the island of Barbados is a destination for those with a taste for the real deal.
