ME AND THE VOICE IN MY HEAD NEW MONDAY, 10PM, C4 FACTUAL

After being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder a decade ago, former Hollyoaks star Joe Tracini has decided to embark on a very personal journey to create a portrait of what it is like to live with the condition.

Airing to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, C4 documentary Me and the Voice in My Head follows the actor and comedian, who is the son of entertainer Joe Pasquale, as he talks to experts as well as his family to try to gain more understanding into BPD, which has symptoms such as chronic insecurity and intrusive thoughts.

Here, in an exclusive interview, Joe, 35, who has become known for his very honest sketches about the subject on social media, shares with TV Times his hopes for the programme…
