He may have a Bible in his hand and a crucifix round his neck, but there's something of the devil in Walford's Pastor Clayton. And this week, he leaves his faithful congregant Yolande Trueman traumatised by sexually assaulting her.
The creepy clergyman has already crossed a line with Yolande by being rather 'handsy' during their interactions. Being the sleazeball that he is, the married community leader has twisted the narrative, making Yolande believe she overreacted to his 'tactile' nature.
'Yolande trusts Pastor Clayton because he's a man of the cloth,' says actor Angela Wynter.
'Sometimes people don't see the red flags when they are dealing with people in positions of power.
