Virtual reality may be the answer to more digitally optimised financial services without
sacrificing personalisation. So-called ‘superapps’ are already challenging existing mobile and
banking players by being a one-stop solution for all consumer needs and demands, including payments. Meanwhile, there is a gap between what companies need and the data they have, which poses a challenge to when making informed ESG-related decisions.
