Like anything different, there’s a lot of doubters in the fitness industry. Eating two meals a day goes against everything we once believed. The thermic effect of food has been proven to be a myth. Eating 4-6 meals a day is no longer necessary to lose weight or gain muscle. It is actually inconvenient and costs our most valuable asset we have… time.
So how can two meals a day get you leaner while building muscle?
Fasting has its place for religious purposes and cleansing. Why can’t it be used every day with Intermittent Fasting?
