And then East Meets West spotlights the abundant exotic treasures of precious gems, textiles and scents, bridged by the connection between Rome and Venice. In fusing the cultures of the East and the West, laced with Byzantine and Roman sensibilities, North African spices and the Baroque ambience of southern Italy, the Roman jeweller brings alive this richly captivating blend of inspirations collected through time and space.
