Berry and watermelon sorbet
A quick frozen treat, and totally fat-free too.
1 Remove the frozen fruits from the freezer and leave until they just start to soften. Tip into a blender, with the lemon juice and sugar, and then purée until smooth. If the mixture is very soft, return to the freezer until it’s firm enough to scoop into balls.
2 Serve the sorbet garnished with mint. Per serving: Cals 93-75, Fat 0g, Sat fat 0g, Carbs 10-16g
