THIRTY YEARS AFTER HIS DEATH, KURT COBAIN’S WIDOW ISIN GOOD PLACE
Country Love FROM POTTY MOUTH TO PRINCESS!

In the early ’90s Courtney Love was the undisputed wild Queen of Grunge. Married to Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, the singer also fronted her own band, Hole, and tore up stages wherever and whenever she performed.

After Kurt’s death on April 5, 1994 at age 27, Courtney struggled with addictions to prescription medications. She also developed a volatile relationship with the daughter she and Kurt shared, Frances Bean.

But fast-forward to today, exactly 30 years since Kurt’s death, and Courtney has transformed herself into an English rose. She left onlookers speechless by attending a gala event at London’s National Portrait Gallery on March 19 in a regal silver ballgown.

“Courtney looked so elegant,” one onlooker told New Idea. “It was hard to believe this was the same woman who screamed into a microphone on stage wearing ripped dresses all those years ago.”
