Patterson, 49, was charged with three counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder in November after hosting an allegedly fatal lunch at her house in regional Victoria, Australia.
She is accused of murdering three guests who attended lunch on 29 July 2023: Don and Gail Patterson and Heather Wilkinson - the parents and aunt of her estranged husband, Simon Patterson.
Erin Patterson is also charged with attempting to murder Simon, who was invited to the lunch but did not attend, and Heather's husband, Ian Wilkinson, who was left critically ill after the lunch but was discharged from hospital in September.
She is also alleged to have attempted to murder Simon on three occasions in 2021 and 2022.
Wilkinson is a Baptist church pastor in Korumburra and in February delivered his first sermon after his recovery, saying Heather, Don, and Gail "went to be with the Lord".
