What are you like first thing in the morning?
I'm a morning person. I wake up early as I'm always really excited for the day. I have lots of energy and getting up at about 5am gives me a few precious hours before I start work. I'll do a lot of meditating, yoga and some breath work, and then I'll prepare for the day ahead.
What is your worst habit?
It can be a good and a bad thing, but I'm a list-making person. I schedule everything so I'm obsessed with timekeeping. So if someone asks me 'What have you been up to?', I'll literally list everything, and my daughter tells me 'That's infuriating'. I have ADHD and I think it's to do with that.
If you're home alone, what do you do?
I love pottering, cooking and spending time with my mini dachshund Cherry and my cat, Earl Grey. I've been living in the countryside, and I have a little meditation and yoga room, so I keep my yoga mat and block out. I'll work from home too. At the moment I'm working on a documentary about Twiggy, so I might be writing or editing too.
