In Donegal we get a closer look at the changes Kim and Ali have made to their property, including a large guest apartment and thatched cottage. Last, but by no means least, in Dublin, a Georgian home in a conservation area has been sympathetically modernised to meet the
needs of modern family living.
In our living section we catch up with chef Suzie Lee who has just launched her first cookbook called Simply Chinese. We chat to Suzie about her culinary background and share five delicious recipes from her book for you to try at home (page 129). On the subject of food, columnist Marty O’Neill enjoys all of the fresh fish on offer and more in Montenegro.
