其实,星级酒店中的餐饮总监常常是出身于厨师。他们从带领厨师团队,到带领整个酒店的餐饮部。既然在“行业热点”中已经为大家介绍了各种类型的餐饮总监,那么其“后备军”行政主厨就成为了我们这一期“对话餐营者”的主角。
