In the 12 months preceding the 31st annual Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants guide, we have been privileged to witness a spate of new restaurant openings in the dynamic culinary scene of our city.  The 2015 edition presents a selection of the finest restaurants, cafés and bars in the region, including some new favourites we have discovered along the way, in addition to the old faithfuls.
