This issue of DESH celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Samaresh Majumdar's short story published in DESH magazine for the first time. The current issue includes one brand new short story written by Samaresh Majumdar and one essay on his literary journey by Subarno Basu.

The issue also includes one science article named 'Bigyaner Sankat' written by Biman Nath.

The lead story of Mantabya section is about Rohingas written by Dhritiman Gangopadhyay.

The column of Sumit Mitra and novel Final Gazi is continuing as well.

The other sections like Granthalok, Shilpo Sanskriti, Kabita, other short stories are also included in the current issue.
