આપણે ઘણી વાર અનુભવ કર્યો હશે કે ભાવતી વાનગી પેટ ભરાઈ ગયા પછી પણ ખાતા હોઈએ છીએ, પરિણામે તબિયત બગડે છે. આખો આખો દિવસ બસ, ટી.વી.જ જાયા કરીએ છીએ અને આંખો દુઃખવા લાગે છે. ક્યારેક કંઈ કરવાનું મન ન થાય તો બસ ઊંધ્યા જ કરીએ છીએ. ફ્રેન્ડ આવે તો વાતો જ કર કર કરીએ અને ભણવાનું રહી જાય.
 આ બધું શું છે ? આને શું કહેવાય, ખબર છે? 
 ના. તો, આ અંક વાંચવાનું ચૂકશો નહીં.
 કંઈ પણ લિમિટથી વધારે કે ઓછું કરવામાં આવે તો એ કેટલું યોગ્ય છે? એના શું પરિણામ આવે છે? એની આપણા જીવનમાં શું અસર થાય? આની સુંદર સમજણ આ અંકમાં આપી છે. એ વાંચી અને આપણે પણ એબ્નોર્માલિટીમાંથી બહાર નીકળી નોર્માલિટીમાં આવીએ એ જ ભાવના...

 આનો જવાબ ક્યાંથી શોધવો? 
 પરમ પૂજ્ય દાદાશ્રીએ આ અંકમાં સત્ય કેવું હોવું જાઈએ, એ અંગે સુંદર સમજણ આપી છે. તો આવો, આ અંક વાંચીએ અને એ સમજણને હૃદયગત કરી આપણા જીવનમાં ઉતારીએ.

 નાના હતા ત્યારે આપણે ફ્રેન્ડ્‌ઝ સાથે ઝઘડો થાય અને કીટ્ટા કરી લેતા હતા, એ આદત આજે મોટા થયા પછી પણ ગઈ તો નથી જ. આજે પણ નાની નાની વાતોમાં આપણે ઝઘડી પડીએ છીએ. ઝઘડી ન પડીએ તો પણ કોઈ આપણી વાત ન માને, આપણી વાત સાથે સહમત ન થાય તો તરત આપણે એના માટે ઊધું બોલવા લાગીએ છીએ. વિચાર પણ નથી આવતો કે એને દુઃખ થતું હશે. સામાને દુઃખ તો શું, આપણી સાથે ભેદ જ પડી જાય છે.
 એક વાર ભેદ પડી ગયા પછી એને સાંધવું મહામુશ્કેલ છે. માટે જ્ઞાનીઓ ક્યારેય કોઈની સાથે ભેદ ન પાડવાની શિખામણો આપતા હોય છે. પણ એ કેવી રીતે શક્ય છે ?
 તો આવો, આ અંકમાં આપણે આ સબંધી ચાવીઓ મેળવીએ અને કોઈની સાથે ભેદ ન પડે એ રીતે જીવતાં શીખીએ.

તો આવો, આજે આ અંક દ્વારા તમને એક નવી દ્રષ્ટિ આપીએ. ખરી સુંદરતા... અંદરની અને બહારની. આ વિષે જાણીએ અને આપણે પણ આપણા જીવનમાં એક સાચો નિર્ણય કરીએ.

તો આવો, આની રસપ્રદ વાતો આ અંકમાં વાંચીએ. આપણી કોમ્પ્લેકસીટીને ઓળખીએ. અને બને કોમ્પ્લેકસીટીમાંથી નોર્મલીટી તરફ આવવાનો પ્રયાસ કરીએ.

તો આપણે એટલા નસીબદાર બાળકો છીએ કે 'દુઃખ વસ્તુ શું છે' એ આપણે જોયેલી જ નથી. છતાં આપણે કોઈ ને કોઈ કારણસર કેમ રડતાં જ હોઈએ છીએ? જાણે શું ય દુઃખના ડુંગર તૂટી પડ્યા હોય! તો આવો, તમે પણ આ સુંદર સમજણને ગ્રહણ કરી કાયમ હસતા થઇ જાઓ.

શું કયારેય વિચારીયું છે કે આવું કેમ થાય છે ? શું આપણામાં હ્રદય જીવતું નથી કે આપણે સામાના દુઃખને સમજી નથી શકતા ?
જો એવું કઈ તમે અનુભવતા હો, તો આ અંક અવશ્ય વાંચજો. 

સાચો આનંદ એટલે શું? એ કેવો હોય ? એનો અનુભવ કેવો હોય? એનું વર્ણન વાંચીને પણ આનંદ એવું છે. તો ચાલો આપણે આ આનંદના ધોધનું એક ટીપું માણીએ.

આવો શ્રી કૃષ્ણા જન્મ દિન પર તેના વિશે નવું નવું જાણીએ અને તેની ભક્તિમાં તરબોળ થઇએ.

આ અંકમાં આપણને એ જાણવા મળશે કે એડજસ્ટમેન્ટ અને 'કોમનસેન્સ' ને કઈ રીતે કનેક્શન છે. અને કઈ રીતે એડજસ્ટમેન્ટ લેવાથી 'કોમનસેન્સ' વધે.

વેકેશનનો સમય એ તમારો સમય કેહવાય. તમારો આ સમય સાવ વ્યર્થ ન જાય એ માટે જ ખાસ આ અંક બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. મજા ભલે કરો. પણ સાથે સારી સમજણ પણ કેળવો જેથી તમારી આવતી કાલ ઉજ્જવળ બને.

શું ક્યારેય આપણને ખ્યાલ આવ્યો છે કે આપણને પણ જે મળ્યું છે એમાં સંતોષ ન રાખતા આખો દિવસ માંગ માંગ જ કરતા હોઈએ છીએ ? તો શું જ્ઞાનીની દ્રષ્ટિએ આપણે ભિખારી છીએ?

"ધીરજ ના ફળ મીઠા હોય છે" આ કેહવત તો સાંભળી જ હશે તો ચાલો આજે એને સમજીએ

            ઈમ્પ્રેશન પાડવાનો શોખ કોને નહીં હોય ? બધાને જ હોય. અરે, મને પણ હતો ને. કંઈ સારું કામ કર્યું હોય તો બધાને કહીને મારી સમજદારીનો વટ પાડી જ દઉં.
           પણ ત્યારે ખબર નહોતી કે ઈમ્પ્રેશન પાડવા જવામાં હું મારું કેટલું નુકસાન કરું છું. આ તો જ્યારે દાદાની વાત સાંભળી ત્યારે એની જોખમદારી સમજાઈ.
           મારી ભાવના છે કે તમે બધા પણ એ જોખમદારી સમજીને એમાંથી પાછા વળો. આ અંક તમને ઈમ્પ્રેશન પાડવાની કુટેવમાંથી બહાર નીકળવા જરુર મદદ કરશે.

         અને હા, વાંચ્યા પછી પ્રમાણિકતાથી પોતાની જાતને ચકાસવાનું ભૂલતા નહીં અને દાદાશ્રી કહે છે એવા થવાનું નક્કી કરવાનું પણ ભૂલતા નહીં.

       ઘણી વાર આપણી સાથે એવા પ્રસંગો બનતા હોય છે જે આપણને જરાય મંજૂર ન હોય. દા.ત. બધા તોફાન કરતા હતા, છતાં ટીચર મને જ કેમ વઢ્યા ? દર વખતેપરીક્ષા વખતે જ હું કેમ માંદો પડું છું ? મમ્મી પપ્પા, નાના ભાઈનું જ ધ્યાન કેમ રાખ્યા કરે છે ? હું દર વખતે વધારે મહેનત કરું છું, છતાં મને ઓછા માર્ક્સ જ કેમ આવે છે? વગેરે. અંતે આપણે એ પ્રશ્ન સાથે અટકી જઈએ છીએ કે અંતે મારી સાથે જ આવું કેમ થાય છે ? જેનો આપણી પાસે કોઈ સંતોષકારક જવાબ હોતો નથી.
