La vida del Dr. Eric Pearl cambio de la noche a la mañana, de ser un exitoso quiropráctico en Cal- ifornia, pasó a hacer sanaciones que cambiaban la vida de sus pacientes completamente. Ahora se dedica a enseñar la sanación reconectiva, la cual ha cambiado la vida de cientos de miles de perso- nas en todo el mundo. Gonzalo Brito, es psicólogo de origen chileno, vive actualmente en Madrid, aproximadamente desde hace 20 años esta interesado en psicología y prácticas contemplativas. De esta manera llega al mindfulness, el cual le dio un marco de contemplación para integrar la sabiduría antigua de la tradición contempla- tiva en un lenguaje secular. Esto le ha permitido integrar este método en los tratamientos psicológicos y educativos de niños y adultos, sin que las personas se conviertan a alguna religión o algún tipo de espiritualidad, enfocándose en que las personas tengan un corazón y una mente más humana para poder realizar estas prácticas.

Desde pequeño se interesó en investigar sobre las cosas más que jugar y divertirse, en sus propias pal- abras nos dice “eso quizá tuvo in uencia por mi carácter introvertido y tímido, pero al  nal fue posi- tivo porque me permitió observar fundamentalmente, pensar y buscar alternativas, investigar más a profundidad”.

Conocí a Raimon Samsó en un día frío y nublado, tenía mucha expectativa de escucha- rlo porque sus libros y cursos hablan de cómo llevar una vida mejor y tener una libertad en todos los sentidos. Ese tema siempre me ha at- raído y hasta ahora me encuentro en proceso de llevar la vida que siempre he soñado. Por eso cuando ofrecieron a Ser Zen Magazine esta entrevista, sin dudar acudí a la cita programa-
