But the suffering is a state of mind.” Basically, we get to choose the experience we have out there. Even if it’s tough, it should be enjoyable. If it’s not, stop, get off the bike, and figure out what’s troubling so you can get back on and ride comfortably and enjoy the experience. also: To motivate myself, I find some gratitude.
