Surry voters authorize the town to enter discussions on the future of the Toddy Pond dam. Blue Hill tells boaters to either pay their mooring fees or risk having their chains dropped to Davy Jones' locker. Meanwhile, back on land, Santa arrives by fire truck at the Blue Hill town hall for the annual Christmas tree lighting.
