೨೦೨೨ ನೇ ಇಸವಿಯ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ ೧೬ ರಿಂದ ೧೮ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಾನ್ಹಾ ಶಾಂತಿವನಂನಲ್ಲಿ, ‘ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮದ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು’ ಈ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಂದಿಯಾಗಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯು ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮದ ಅನೇಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ.

ನಾವು ಚಿತ್ತಚಾಂಚಲ್ಯಗಳು, ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಹೇಗೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ, ಯೋಗ್ಯ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕ್ತ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ ಹಾಗು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಅನ್ವೇಷಿಸುವ ರೀತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯುವ ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ದಯಾಪರ ನೇತಾರರನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಪ್ರಲೋಭನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆ ಏಕಾಂಗಿತನವೆಂಬ ಮೌನ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಹಾಗು ಸುಖದ ಅನ್ವೇಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇಸವಿ ೨೦೩೦ರವರೆಗೆ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಗುರಿಯ ೩ನೇ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮಾಣು ಜೀವಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ರೋಗನಿರೋಧಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಬ್ದಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಿಗುವ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ರೇಕವಿಕ್‌ ನಗರದ ಹಸಿರು ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯ ಮೂರು ಆಧಾರಸ್ತಂಭಗಳಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರಿಸರಿಕ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಅಡಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಅವು ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ನಗರವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
