The October edition of GB&F looks at development planning in Ghana. There was euphoria in Kumasi with the announcement of the redevelopment of markets in the metropolis. It was envisaged that the numerous problems associated with markets would come to an end for SMES to operate smoothly. Yet the market redevelopment has turned out to create more complex problems.
