In this issue, we present that how the Supreme Court of India has brought reforms to ensure that the death penalty is given in cases of ‘rarest of rare nature’and thus it has switched to a completely different path by granting life term to offenders who do not fall under this category.
The Objective of the Bill is to make amendments in the existing Citizenship Act, 1955. The existing Act provides for acquisition and determination of Citizenship.
Fake news in India has had a deleterious effect on our nation’s unity and integrity leading to several episodes of violence between castes and religions and has interfered with public policies .
