This time keeping in mind the World Travel Market (WTM), we decided to highlight the key beach destinations in India and how and why it has become a hot favourite choice for travellers from around the world. With the ITB Asia 2018 looming over the horizon, we at India and You present before you the region of India with the most untapped tourist potential. Consisting of the states, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, the north east of India has always had to face the stigma of being clubbed together. And yet, these eight states each have unique things to offer travellers of varying palates. From the serene mountains to the enchanting tea gardens, the landscape is mersmerising. The drinks flow aplenty and the food includes some of the most unique recipes of meat that would sate all your gastronomic desires.
