All around the world, winter has thawed into spring and streaks of summer are seeping in. The severity on winter is transitioning into the lightheartedness of Spring-Summer. On Instagram cherry blossom seems to be the background trend of choice. Cherry blossom touches wherever one can find them, peeping from behind pretty faces and even sexy pouts. Cherry blossom in Japan, in New York and anywhere else one can discover them. The Noblesse reader is a world traveler; switching continents quicker than the archetypal cherry blossom season. The day was first associated with romantic love, in the High Middle Ages, (in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer) when the tradition of courtly love flourished. In 18th century England, it evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards or ‘Valentines’.
