All around the world, winter has thawed into spring and streaks of summer are seeping in. The severity on winter is transitioning into the lightheartedness of Spring-Summer. On Instagram cherry blossom seems to be the background trend of choice. Cherry blossom touches wherever one can find them, peeping from behind pretty faces and even sexy pouts. Cherry blossom in Japan, in New York and anywhere else one can discover them. The Noblesse reader is a world traveler; switching continents quicker than the archetypal cherry blossom season. They are used to change and are comfortable with new facades, both for themselves and their surroundings. But this constant movement always makes us want more. A handbag, a dress, a silhouette... All get old far too quickly. And that extends to beyond fashion. With this much exposure, entertainment trends, home decor, travel destinations and even phone apps... All need to be updated constantly. This year most of the brands Spring-Summer ad campaigns reflect this need. We are changing and evolving and pushing ourselves for something new. But that newness will last as long as cherry blossom does...

A lot is constantly said about social media. Millions and billions of dollars are being spent on unraveling the uses, the mysteries and the effects of social media. We sit in our bedrooms and are in touch with the whole world. Not even are we required to click a button any more–just a light swipe of a finger and the world is literally at our fingertips. Contrary to popular belief, Valentine’s Day was not invented by any greeting card company. The day was first associated with romantic love, in the High Middle Ages, (in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer) when the tradition of courtly love flourished. In 18th century England, it evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards or ‘Valentines’.
