Welcome to our MotherLand issue!
This issue spotlights the look and feel of the MotherLand. We give you five creative photographers who capture a unique universal perspective. The cover and inside features celebrity photographer Derrick Rogers who showcases his version of MotherLand.  We also look at our fashion designer and celebrity photographer Ryan Nguyen who has graced our covers a few times with his outstanding work on our BossMann magazine. Mr. Nguyen gives up a glimpse of springtime evening wear with his laced and embellished dresses.

Welcome to our first issue of 2017, This issue we celebrate one of the industry’s most well-known music moguls, Mr. Steve Lobel. Mr. Lobel has worked with some of the most influential music artists in the industry today.

He has worked and managed some the industry’s best artists. Hear first hand his thoughts and look for the new year. We also took a trip to Mammoth and got in the snow. We have some exciting photographers this issue that photographed some awesome shots in the snow and also the skiing frenzy of this year.

We also welcome back one of our favorite jewelry designers Manya Nofal and her newest collection. We hope you enjoy the issue and the beginning of your new year.

And welcome to our last issue of the year for Designer Original Magazine. 

Starting in 2017 The Designer Original Issue will go to a quarterly magazine being published 4 times a year.  Our next issue will be February 2017.  In this issue we explore the history and wonder of hats.  Women and men alike have worn them for a number of reasons and today they are still one of the biggest fashion icons in accessories.  

We also see the magic and colors of designer Xandra.  Her work is filled with magic and splendor, so colorful and whimsical in design.   Photographer,  J5 Productions gives us a peek at women in a man’s world, who can earn a living and take care of the family and kids while keeping it all together.  The story line is a great look at the strength and power of a determined woman.

And welcome to our newest issue of Designer Original Magazine. 

In this issue we look at the coming of fall and all the awesome coats our designers have 
created for their fall collection for 2016.  We also have a second debut from one of our designers from Israel who always “wow’s” us with her photographic editorials  Designer Alekai Golden Tear.  

We have some coats from her 2017 collection Megan Turner and also Aunt Funky Clothing who styles and designs for just about everyone in the entertainment and television industry.  

We get to sit down with one of our favorite
shows HBO’s ballers with Stacy Rose who plays Dr. Robbins from the show.  Lots of other designers and style looks in this issue so enjoy the issue!

We have some of the world’s top designers this issue starting with one of our favorite designers Malin Busck with her street couture that is handmade in Ghana in where she lives. Her street style is comfortable and cultural for all parts of the world. 

This being our beauty issue, it’s a twist on what beauty is, and although we have our beauty ads on product, we also show the vision of beauty in the eyes or our designers and photographers.

Welcome to “Out The Box” which is a pivotal point for us and will make a huge statement for all designers and for us a magazine moving forward.  The epiphany was found through our feature Designer Shon Williams and the Oliventa Clothing line.  It was his vision of wanting to do something totally out the box for the cover with his shirt design and because of it we see it changing the direction in which we create.  It will be giving our designers the platform to express their vision and concept through our covers and features in a different and unusual way which ultimately increases the creativity in us all.  So were busing loose!

Happy New Year Everyone!

And welcome to the first issue of 2016, our Retro Issue.  We chose Retro because we wanted to take you back to bring you forward in starting off our brand new year with the futuristic styles and trends of the future designers of the world.  In each issue we are excited to bring you true Designer Originals in their quest to map a piece of the world with their designs and  collections.   We know all too well the talent that is out there can go unseen by the mass majority of people who follow fashion style and trends.  That is why it is so important for us to cover and showcase the untapped talent of the world.

In this issue we look at some exceptional accessory designers of shoes, handbags, jewelry and sunglasses.  Designers Malou Romero features her Joanique brand purses & jewelry.  Her theme is cultural mask that is a stand along bag and gold / silver jewelry items, which are one of a kind.  Also, Designer Salome Totladze with his unique and stylish sunglasses that have a flare and texture with sensibility.   We even explore the possibilities and options of the little black dress;  the common item we expect most women to always have in their closet.

Welcome to our Kaleidoscope an issue that reflects a little on the holidays that are approaching us but also the colors of life in which we live.  Sometimes our life mixes  ”blends the good, the bad, and the indifferent” weaving so many things in and out of our life like a Kaleidoscope you look through the lens and it is hard to know what design and shape it will take with all of the colors that surround it.  Like “Forrest Gump” so cordially said in the movie “Life is like a box of chocolates.” You never know what you’re gonna get.” This issue we show you the holiday trends and colors for makeup to make your special events and evenings out as extraordinary as possible.  “We look at the creativity of renowned photographer Sash Sanikova” from Russia who has shot our cover and feature story.  

We also look at some Fall/ Winter looks and how yellow can make your wardrobe pop with possibilities.   To round out our issue we introduce four talented and unique jewelry designers to keep your eyes on in the coming year.  Their work and designs are fantastic.    This issue we get up-close and personal during our runway with LA Fashion Week where staff photographer Derrick Rodgers captured the essence of the runway with some of the top designers gracing the stage.  We walked with Style Fashion Week this year and the star of the stage was the Style Me Pink, benefiting Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer.  The runway was lit up with with beautiful pink gowns, children wearing angelic pink dresses, and even men sporting the pretty color on behalf of the Breast Cancer Foundation.” Also for Fashion Week Style benefiting The Hispanic Heritage Foundation.

Levitation is the uplifting of your mind body and spirit. This issue we explore those everyday things that attack us physically and mentally. We give support and ideas on how to relieve your stress, ease your mind and find new ways to relax.

We also spotlight amazing designers this issue that deign swimwear and just casual street wear.  We are excited to highlight and showcase our first Model on the  Cover Tu Tran. She embodies the meaning of beauty, inside and out and we could not be more excited to have her represent up coming models.    We also got a chance to say goodbye at the farewell party for a comedian icon and  wonderful person, Mr.  Reynaldo Rey.    We introduce  a couple of really awesome makeup artists and bring in the 4th of July in with De Marcus McCoy.

This month we celebrate the nostalgia of the 1940’s as the D.O.M team introduced our photomontage of Vintage Lace. Some how as women we have to find our way back to basics that allow us to once again receive and yet demand the respect and attention we so deserve.
