There is little to doubt the fact that new age Tata cars are extremely cool to look at. Look at the Nexon, Tiago and even the Altroz. They all look rather interesting. So for once we are happy to report that the new variant of the Altroz you see splashed on these pages looks identical to the older car. The only change made comes in form of the new shade of blue which the company calls ‘Harbour blue’. To be honest it sure looks very attractive and adds to the sporty demeanor of the Altroz. One small change made comes in form of the-Turbo’ badge at the back and that’s it.
Inside too changes have been made to the software part of it and not the hardware except for the leatherette seats. They look good and are rather comfortable to sit on. Moving on to the software part of it, the new Altroz i-Turbo gets an upgraded infotainment system. It comes with two additional tweeters which add to the audio experience. Apart from that the system now responds to Hinglish as well. The company claims that the new system can understand as many as 70 voice commands. This sure comes in handy on the move. The Altroz i-Turbo from here on continues to offer a rather spacious cabin with the same wide opening doors which allow for easy ingress and egress. The only change we would have liked to see is in form of the air purifier system which not just occupies a valuable cup holder but also eats up the USB socket.
