Many workplaces re-opened at 50% capacity in June before further restrictions came into place in September. As of October, many employees are still working remotely. Shopping malls can operate with shortened opening hours, and restaurants are only able to offer dine-out services. The pandemic has caused unprecedented challenges for both investors and occupiers. However, we believe the future is still bright for real estate in Indonesia.
