INVESTING TIME IN MYSELF
While growing up, I learned that a healthy mind can grow only in a healthy body. So, if you want to keep your mind healthy, you have to keep your body healthy first. In our organization, we work and create our products on this very philosophy. Of course, time can often be a challenge when you are leading an organization, but honestly when people say they don’t have time for their health, it is because they do not manage their time. My mornings are sacred in that sense, because that is the time I spend on my well-being and health. If I do not invest time in myself, then I cannot run my business and I cannot be happy. By setting aside time for my own wellbeing, I am also setting an example for the people I work with. I am 50 years old now, but I can still fit into the clothes I wore when I was 25!
