FABRICATORS HAVE CONSTANTLY PUSHED equipment-makers to improve laser cutting machinery, while maintaining growing demand. Machine builders have toiled away in their labs and test facilities, finding solutions to limitations as they pushed the limits. Often those solutions came in the form of changes to the cutting head and the optics it housed. In fact, these components have been the subject of more R&D than any other component of a laser cutting machine. It’s fast, accurate, and can be quickly and easily adjusted to meet the changing needs of the market or a specific product. It is also a cleaner process than most cutting options, as it requires little to no secondary cleanup.
