St. James pays heed to a design concept that capitalizes on the connection between the structure and its environment. Its recent development, The Corniche, is one shining example

Property developer St. James has launched a threebedroom show apartment at The Corniche featuring bespoke interiors from award-winning design studio BradyWilliams.

The apartment is located on the 22nd floor of the riverside scheme on Albert Embankment, and is one of five apartments remaining. The Corniche is the second residential development to complete as part of St James’ major regeneration of this stretch of the South Bank, which welcomed its first residents in December 2017.

The apartment offers over 2,000sqft of indoor living space with a one-of-a-kind terrace of over 1,400sqft. Two additional balconies allow for 360-degree views of London, with vistas of precious landmarks, including Tate Britain, Battersea Power Station, Houses of Parliament.

St James creates mixed-use developments across London, in which residential elements are complemented by the creation of employment opportunities, community benefits and eisrue facilities, producing sustainable environments and communities.

The development foirm has over 83,000sqft of commercial accommodation either under development or available for sale, including shops, cafés, restaurants, licensed premises and offices throughout their extensive protfolio.

A London Perch 

Designed by Foster + Partners, The Corniche provides perfect view that maximize its unique position on this curve of the Thames, enjoying both a west-facing aspect and direct views onto the Houses of Parliament, across the river. The panorama has inspired the interior design by BradyWilliams, which uses antique mirrors to extend views within the home.
