DIVORCING songbird and talk host Kelly Clarkson scored a major custody win against her estranged manager hubby, Brandon Blackstock, who’s now threatening to drain her bank account by demanding a whopping $436,000 a month in support!

The 38-year-old Since U Been Gone singer claims greedy Brandon, 44, was using their daughter, River, 6, and son, Remington, 4, as bargaining chips when he wanted to whisk them to their Montana home while she shot her daytime chat show in L.A.

But the judge smacked the talent manager down, ruling his American Idol winner-wife should have primary custody “amid issues of trust” between the pair.
