Heads up, Ant McPartlin: hell hath no fury like a sacked Lisa Armstrong. They may now be officially divorced, but things are still as bitter as ever between the former couple, and it looks like the new year promises little hope of respite. The reason, we’re told, is that Lisa is still fuming about the rumours that she’s being axed from her job at Britain’s Got Talent to make way for her ex’s triumphant return to filming.

But she’s not about to slink off quietly without sticking up for herself – not when she has the option for revenge. According to insiders close to the make-up artist, who worked on the talent show for years before being fired last month, Lisa’s not taking the news lightly, and is preparing for a 2019 full of sass and getting her own back – starting with a glitzy new career in LA.
