She was the envy of girls everywhere when she played rich girl Naomi Clark for five years on 90210. But actress AnnaLynne McCord has now revealed that her time on the hit high school drama was plagued by severe adult acne that has since left her physically scarred, too upset to leave the house and struggling to land new roles.

“I had a situation where I went to an audition last year and they asked if I could come back in a week or so to see if my skin looked different,” the star, 30, tells NW exclusively. “[But] I have scars. And I have really bad acne and I think it’s something a lot of people deal with.”
