Insiders claimed Emma Heming, the actor’s wife of 11 years, has been publicly supportive of the bizarre arrangement but is privately seething because Bruce — who’s father to her kids, Mabel Ray, 8, and Evelyn Penn 5 — has chosen his former family over theirs!

“Emma has openly backed Bruce’s devotion to his older daughters. But this takes things to a whole other level she never anticipated,” said an insider.

“Her patience has been worn down to the bone. It’s led to a crisis in their marriage!”
