AJ Odudu wowed the judges with “the best dance of the evening” when she made her Strictly debut two weeks ago. She earnt a nine from head judge Shirley Ballas for her energetic jive alongside professional newbie Kai Widdrington.

A visibly stunned AJ said she was “absolutely gobsmacked” by the scores. And she’s been building on her successful start on the show ever since.

But while her fancy footwork may be getting the judges all hot under the collar, what’s really catching our attention is her sensational stamina, incredible energy and impressively strong physique.
