Getting our health and fitness back on track is a goal for many of us at the start of a new year, but for Davina McCall, looking and feeling good is a year-round endeavour.
The TV presenter prides herself on her fab figure and healthy lifestyle – so much so that she even runs her own website and app, the recently expanded Own Your Goals, which focuses on exercise plans and nutritional advice.
The mum of three is also committed to her job as a judge on ITV’s wildly popular celebrity talent show The Masked Singer. Busy much, Davina?!
The 54-year-old is currently loved-up with boyfriend Michael Douglas (no, not that one), with whom she hosts podcast Making The Cut. But while she’s not keen on discussing the finer details of their relationship, she does admit she turns to lingerie when she wants to feel sexy and encourages women of all ages to find their inner confidence through loving themselves first and foremost.
Here, Davina tells us what she loves most about her body and what she really thinks of the other judges on The Masked Singer…
Hi Davina. We’re already obsessed with The Masked Singer. What’s in store for us this series?
A lot of fun! We’ve got more of the same, and we have a live studio audience this time, which made such a difference. I love our judging panel – we have the best time.
Do you and the other judges hang out together outside the show?
