The star finally feels happy enough to stop going under the knife

Katie Price raved that she has the “body of her dreams” after admitting she had a secret boob job abroad last year.

But new can reveal the 42-year-old is now taking a break from plastic surgery as her boyfriend Carl Woods prefers the natural look.

“Carl wants Katie to grow old gracefully,” our insider said. “Before she met him, she used to joke that she’s had so much surgery that when she’s dug up in 100 years she’ll still be there!

“Carl doesn’t mind the odd maintenance and a little bit of upkeep, but he doesn’t want plastic fantastic – he prefers Katie more organic.”

Our source said Katie has previously suffered with her body image – which was made worse following the horrific accident that left her in a wheelchair with two broken feet. But Carl, 31, has given her a confidence boost.
