After welcoming her son Roman with fiancé Ryan Thomas in March, Lucy Mecklenburgh has been relaxed about losing her baby weight.
Rather than following the celebrity trend of quickly snapping back into shape, the former TOWIE star has been eating healthy meals and doing her fitness brand’s pre and postnatal programme Results With Bump.
“Since having Roman I haven’t been following a diet and I’m only following some light stretches on Results With Bump. Instead, I’m trying to be healthy, listen to my body, and enjoy a slower pace of life,” Lucy tells new.
