Insiders tell new that friends think Zara needs to make a clean break

After Sam Thompson was forced to delete a video where he appeared to mock his ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott last week, new can reveal that friends are now urging Zara not to let Sam make a fool of her.

The short clip showed Sam lip-syncing along to a scene from Made In Chelsea where Zara, 23, tearfully begs for his forgiveness following their split.

Fans hit out at Sam, 28, saying it was insensitive, but he was quick to defend his actions, insisting Zara had given him permission to post the video. But friends are worried Zara is letting Sam walk all over her.
