HE is undoubtedly one of the most exciting local artists to have come onto the music scene in 2016 and with hits such as Go Under and Fall Again under his belt, it seems Josh Wantie is here to stay. The singer recently released his debut EP, Paper Crown, which was met with a fantastic response. His music is something a little out of the ordinary, which is incredibly exciting, so this week, we chatted to the star about his new music, why he chose to release an EP and what little glimpse of his future he can give us.

Where did your passion for music stem from?

I remember my dad playing all kinds of music around the house and in his car non-stop and this made me fall in love with music.

You’ve just released your debut EP Paper Crown. Tell us a bit more about that.
