The grand dame of cooking Mary Berry is performing double TV duty this fortnight in season 1 of Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking (2019-now), as well as judging season 2 of Britain’s Best Home Cook (2018-now).
Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking follows 84-year-old Mary as she explores some of the most exciting places that have mastered or inspired the very best of speedy cooking. This adventure takes her abroad to cities she’s never visited (which is a surprisingly long list for someone so well travelled), along with places closer to home that we don’t normally have access to. Driving the show is Mary cooking some of her most delicious recipes that take no time at all – some in a kitchen, some perched on rooftops, in food trucks or quaint tiny cafe kitchens.
