J.Lo And A-Rod Wedding On Hold

Scrapped wedding plans and bungled business deals have the couple’s relationship on tenterhooks

With millions of dollars between them, Lopez and Rodriguez aren’t used to things not going their way. And things appeared very tense between the couple as they disembarked a flight in New York City on August 30.

The pandemic has taken its toll on a number of Hollywood relationships and Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are no exception. The couple, who got engaged in March 2019, were forced to postpone their dream wedding in Italy earlier this year, with the singer, 51, admitting it was a massive blow.

“There’s no planning right now,” she told the Today show in May of their abandoned wedding plans. “You just have to kind of wait and see how this all plays out, and it’s disappointing on one level … we had a lot of plans for this summer and this year. But everything’s kind of on hold right now.”
