Your podcast is so popular, did you think it would become such a hit? Who doesn't want to go number one?

However, in the first few years, it was important to me to only measure my success through feedback from listeners and not download numbers. Chasing downloads is a tough game, and if I did that it's no different to chasing ratings in my TV or radio work.
