KIM: TORMENTED BY KANYE

A year after filing for divorce, Kim is desperate to be free of her third husband and wants a judge to make her legally single again. On Feb. 23, she boldly claimed in new divorce documents that Kanye, 44, has caused her “emotional distress”by “putting a lot of misinformation” on social media. (One claim he’s made: He alleges Kim, 41, accused him of putting a hit out on her!) Kanye’s attorneys fired back, insisting Kim needed to file the posts (which the rapper has been deleting) “and show that they were written by Kanye.” Kim also asked a judge to leave custody and financial issues for later, if necessary, because she believes being declared single now “will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over.” Kim also may want to get married again, “sooner rather than later,” says a source. “This would allow her to do that.” Kanye, meanwhile, has been “clashing with his attorneys and ignoring their advice,” says an insider. “When he doesn’t like what he’s hearing, he goes MIA for days, sometimes weeks. He thinks he knows best — and is attempting to control things by creating obstacles to prevent Kim from being single.”
