At 23, Julie Anne is already a multi-awarded singer whose recent chops also proved that she can be a formidable actress. If that’s not enough, this multi-talented lady is also a performer, a host, and a songwriter.

After the final layout, we sat down with Julie Anne for a quick interview, where we discovered more about her love for music, care for her fans, and new fixation for mobile games, among others.

PLAYFUL AND SOCIAL

With over close to a million and almost two million followers on Instagram and Twitter, respectively, Julie Anne recognizes how social media—and technology in general—has made it easy for her to share her music, promote her craft, and connect with fans.

What are your everyday tech arsenal?

Of course hindi mawawala yung cellphone ko, digital camera, and then kapag bored ako, Nintendo 3DS. Headphones, of course, hindi mawawala ‘yan since I’m into music rin.

What games do you play on your Nintendo 3DS?

I like Super Mario. And recently I bought a game, it’s called Tokyo Rumble. It’s really nice. ‘Yung Tokyo Rumble sobrang old school, parang adventure game din siya.

You are now part of the Vivo family as one of the brand’s influencers. Congratulations!

Actually, sobrang thankful ako that Vivo chose me to be one of their ambassadors for the brand. I’m really happy kasi yung ibang mga ambassadors hindi ko pa rin sila masyadong nakaka-work and nung launch I had the opportunity to meet them.
