Adam Henson on the Rare Breeds Survival Trust’s new chef ambassador

Before long we’ll be swapping my stories about animal husbandry with their tasty new recipes. So I was delighted to hear that one of the best in the business has been appointed to a new role with the conservation charity that I’ve known since I was a boy, the Rare Breeds Survival Trust (RBST).
