THE COACH HOUSE HEALTH CLUB & SPA, BEAVERBROOK, LEATHERHEAD

This luxurious country house hotel near Leatherhead opened its spa less than a year ago but is already being hailed as one of the best spas in the country, not just for the high quality of its health and wellbeing offering but also the beautiful stained glasswork by Brian Clarke. The exclusive spa, which is open to club members and guests of Beaverbrook Hotel only, draws inspiration from nature and the healing power of medicinal plants, flowers and fruits found in the 400plus acres of grounds. This month Beaverbrook launches its first ever wellness retreat taking place from March 16 to March 19. The Spring Renewal Retreat, will guide guests through nutritional consultation, functional movement analysis, personal training and nature-based spa treatments designed to re-educate and motivate. This will be interspersed with group activities such as daily meditation, vinyasa flow yoga, and circuit training. Plus, the hotel’s team of award-winning chefs will prepare a menu of healthy, delicious meals before handing over the reins at the School of Cookery to equip guests with all the culinary tricks of the trade to cook up nourishing and wholesome meals at home.
