BLACKMAGIC VIDEO ASSIST HDR RECORDING MONITOR

The Video Assist 5" 12G-SDI/HDMI HDR Recording Monitor from Blackmagic Design features a bright 5", 1920 x 1080 display with 2500 cd/m² brightness that assists in framing and focusing on shot and providing 12G-SDI and HDMI inputs for recording the video output from professional and consumer cameras. It can monitor and record HDR video up to DCI 4K, UHD 4K, 2K, or HD 10-bit 4:2:2, as well as integrated 24-bit 48 kHz audio in up to 16 channels. Select Canon, FUJIFILM, Nikon, Panasonic, and SIGMA cameras support Blackmagic Raw recording. While monitoring and recording on the Video Assist, loop-through outputs are available to concurrently display live video or recorded clips on larger displays such as 4K, 2K, or HD broadcast monitors or HDMI projectors. The output contains up to eight channels of audio, which may be listened to through headphones through the 3.5mm stereo connection. The capacitive touchscreen controls on the display are simple to use. Swipe movements make displaying and hiding options like capture resolution and format, as well as screen brightness and contrast, simple and quick.
