We spoke to two women on either side of the fence for perspective on where things stand. Is our legal system biased towards women? Former journalist and documentary filmmaker Deepika Bhardwaj believes it is men who are the voiceless victims in Indian society today, and lawyer and women’s rights activist Vrinda Grover explains how deep-seated patriarchy can warp perceptions about privilege and oppression.
