In a note sent to 27 royal courtiers and family insiders shortly after the New Year, a member of Queen Elizabeth’s inner circle — who GLOBE will not identify — wrote, “Duchess Meghan is a horror! Her insulting behavior, out-of-control spending, unseemly family ties and defiance make her a liability to the monarchy. The cancer must be cut out as quickly as possible, with as little drama as possible.”

Even Elizabeth, once the pregnant biracial beauty’s staunchest supporter, has finally had enough, insiders reveal.

“Her Majesty views Harry’s wife as a greedy gold digger,” a courtier tells GLOBE. “She’s ordered us to give Meghan what she wants — money — and we have approached the duchess with a divorce settlement approved by the queen for $37 million, and a title for her baby, but not her. Meghan will move to America and her child will be raised in Britain.
